马德里商标国际注册
马德里商标国际注册，即根据《商标国际注册马德里协定》（Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks）（以下简称“马德里协定”）或《商标国际注册马德里协定有关议定书》（Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks）（以下简称“马德里议定书”）的规定，在马德里联盟成员国间所进行的商标注册。
“马德里联盟”是指由“马德里协定”和“马德里议定书”所适用的国家或政府间组织所组成的商标国际注册特别联盟。
截至 2019 年9月，马德里联盟共有106个缔约方，覆盖121个国家。中国、美国、德国、法国、英国、意大利、日本、韩国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚、瑞士等世界主要经济体都是马德里联盟成员。
